The transformation delivered clear business impact. Mobile MAU grew from 10,395 in January 2025 to 13,025 in January 2026, a 25 percent year over year increase that reversed prior stagnation and signaled renewed customer engagement with the improved mobile experience.
Market demand was validated through strong pilot participation and customer feedback. Fifty seven customers joined the Fall release pilot, and at Shift 2025, 47 of 101 survey respondents expressed interest in Seismic Mobile with Aura. Customers highlighted the value of the redesign, citing improved usability, navigation, and overall experience.
Strategically, the team strengthened Seismic’s competitive position by embedding AI directly into mobile workflows. Aura Chat and Podcast Generation repositioned Mobile as an AI enabled productivity surface, while the modernized architecture established a scalable foundation for future capabilities, including Aura Voice to Voice, Omnipresent Aura Chat, DSR, and Bulk Email on Mobile, supporting sustained growth in FY26.
